  • 20 sit-ups
  • 10 crunches
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • Hip-Hop Dance
  • 10 running laps in living room
I am determined to loose weight. Any tips?

REPLACE EVERYTHING U DRINK W/ ICE WATER!!!!!!!!!! -PHOEBEEEE
